Our Owner’s Corner is designed to provide important information to our owners on a monthly basis to help you understand different aspects of your investment.
  • TRADING YOUR WEEKS & OWNERS COMMITTEE is used for owners within our two resorts to get in contact with each other to do in-house trades; this is a free and simple way to get the week you want. - LOG INTO THE OWNER FORUM - CLICK HERE

  • TRADING PROGRAM - offered by Fairmont Creek Property Rental, we would like to help you find the week you want. For a small fee of only $48.00 we will contact owners for you and complete the transaction without you lifting a finger. For more information please contact our office at 877-646-5890

  • RENTAL PROGRAM - Wanting to put your week up for rent? Please make sure all these steps are completed:

    1. RCI Points members - please confirm your week with RCI - before requesting your time to be put up for rent - this will avoid double bookings.
    2. Email your request with your week # and dates to owners@fairmontcreek.ca - we will place you week up for rent.
    3. Checking on your rental status: The owner is responsible for contacting Fairmont Creek to find out if their time has rented. Fairmont Creek is not responsible for automatically notifying each owner, when and if their time has rented. If you have any questions about our rental program please contact us at 877-646-5890

  • FAIRMONT CREEK NEWSLETTERS will be posted here informing you of what upcoming changes or events that we may be doing at your resort or in the Fairmont Area that may affect you. These also will be emailed to you so - Please make sure you sign up for these emails.


  • CALENDARS – the easiest way to find out the dates to your week numbers assigned to you on your rotation letter. Owner Rotation Letters are sent out each September so please watch for them in the post – Your week #’s till 2034 are listed on this letter keep this in a safe place.

  • RCI POINTS INFORMATION will educate you on managing your weeks properly, navigating around your on-line account to book your ‘Home Weeks’ and make a reservation at another resort.
