- Is there a central check-in?
- We do not have a central check in. All of our units are self check in check out. All you need is your door code and you are ready to go!
- When do I get my door code?
- If you are staying at Marble Canyon please phone three days prior to your arrival and we can release the door code to you. We require your credit card number before we can release the door code just to have on file.
- If you are staying at the Ridge your door code will be sent to you at the top of your confirmation sheet
- How far is the condo from the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort?
- 5 minute walking distance to the Hot Pools
- I am out of toilet paper (Kleenex, paper towel etc), what do I do now?
- Please remember we do not operate like a hotel and only provide a starter kit of essentials. Unless you arrived and this starter kit was not provided, we do not provide extra’s once the starter kit runs out. The local store carries supplies needed for extended stays.
- Do monthly specials apply to me, even if I am an owner?
- Yes if you are an owner and would like to take advantage of our current specials you can do so.
- What happens when I run into a problem in the evening or on the weekend when the office is closed?
- We have someone on call 24/7. If you encounter a problem simply call our office and there will be a number provided on the answering machine for you to call.
- If I am an RCI or Rental guest will I have any extra charges when I check out?
- As long as there is no damage caused to the unit by your stay there are no hidden charges or fees when you check out. If you would like access to long distance calling and wireless internet you will need to pay a $44.80 charge for a week of use.
- Do you have golf packages available?
-Yes, we can book your golf vacation for you, create an itinerary and leave the vouchers in your room for you arrival. All you will need to do when you go to the golf course is present the vouchers and you are ready to go.
Our resorts DO NOT have a check in desk, we provide you with these instructions to access your accommodation in your confirmation email.
