- Fairmont Creek News is emailed monthly to all owners, if you are not receiving these emails please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name unit number and request to be added. Information includes upcoming changes or events at your resort and in the Fairmont area, along with exclusive Owners specials and opportunities to trade with other owners.
- Trade your time with other owners by emailing email@example.com include your name, unit number and dates you have to trade along with when you would like to come out – we will ensure you’re included on the monthly email out to owners.
- FAIRMONT CREEK RENTAL PROGRAM – Wanting to put your week up for rent? Please make sure all these steps are completed:
1) RCI Points members – please confirm your week with RCI – before requesting your time to be put up for rent – this will avoid double bookings.
2) Email your request with your week # and dates to firstname.lastname@example.org – we will place your week up for rent.
3) Checking on your rental status: View availability for all properties on-line or contact us to find out if your time has been rented. It is the Owners responsibility to contact Fairmont Creek to find out if their time has rented and of any changes to a reservation, note that a guest may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival. - RCI POINTS INTRODUCTION MANUAL provides detailed information on how to manage your weeks, navigate around your on-line account to book your ‘Home Weeks’ and how to make a reservation at another resort.
- www.rci.com – Learn more from RCI – there are great instructions on website navigation, click on ‘Points to Remember’ once signed in.
- For RCI members it is very important that you reserve your home week 13 -12 months prior to your week – it will roll into points if you don’t. If you have your time reserved with a home rental and decide to put it back into points please advise us so we can take your reservation out of our system.
